An order or service agreement is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed work order or purchase order and the agreed advance payment. Submission of an enquiry form does not constitute an order or create a binding contract.

LK Energy will make every reasonable effort to complete projects within the agreed timeline. However, the following may affect project schedules:

• Weather ConditionsAdverse weather, rain, or extreme heat may cause reasonable delays in outdoor installation activities.
• Government ApprovalsDelays in obtaining DISCOM approvals, net metering connections, or subsidy sanctions are beyond our direct control.
• Customer Site ReadinessThe customer must ensure that the site is accessible, safe, and ready for work as per the agreed scope before the installation date.
• Supply ChainDelays in material supply due to manufacturer shortages or logistics issues may occasionally affect timelines.

The customer is responsible for providing civil infrastructure (mounting structure base, cable trenching, room for equipment) unless specifically included in the work order scope.

LK Energy stands behind the quality of its products and workmanship. Warranty terms are as follows:

All content on our website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, designs, product specifications, and software — is the exclusive property of LK Energy or its content licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

• Third-Party ProductsProduct failures covered under the original manufacturer's warranty are the manufacturer's responsibility. LK Energy will assist in facilitating warranty claims.
• Website InaccuraciesErrors, omissions, or outdated information on our website. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all content is current or error-free.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to LK Energy for the specific service or product that is the subject of the claim.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
